Founder, Cameron Murphy

Hi, I’m Cameron, founder of Lit by Trial. I was born and raised in western Kentucky, where I currently reside with my wife and three sons. My journey hasn’t been without struggle — I’ve faced challenges that tested my limits and pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined. Loss, grief, economic hardships, daily stress, and the expectation to just be good enough for this world. Through every setback and every hard lesson (mostly learned by failure), I discovered the power of resilience and the strength that comes from embracing life’s trials head-on. Not every loss results directly in an immediate big win, but they come in due time.

I created Lit by Trial to share that journey and to build a community where others can find encouragement, motivation, and practical wisdom to overcome their own obstacles. This brand is my way of turning personal experience into a beacon of hope and a community of empowerment for anyone seeking to transform their struggles into strength.
